When I first entered menopause, I did what many women do—I started bio-identical Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT).
At the time, it seemed like the obvious choice.
If my body wasn’t producing the same levels of hormones anymore, why wouldn’t I replace them?
As I continued learning through Functional Medicine and researching how hormones actually work, my perspective completely changed.
Today, I no longer take HRT.
This is my personal journey and why I decided that supporting my body naturally was the better choice for me.
One of the biggest surprises for me was learning that bio-identical hormones are still manufactured hormones.
Although they are designed to closely resemble the hormones our bodies produce, they are not actually made by our bodies.
That may not matter to everyone, but it mattered to me.
Our endocrine system is incredibly intelligent. It constantly adjusts hormone production based on thousands of signals throughout the body.
Once I understood that, I began wondering:
What happens when we add hormones that our body didn’t decide to produce?
One of the most important things my Functional Medicine doctor taught me is this:
Hormones don’t work alone.
They function as an interconnected system.
When you increase one hormone, it can influence many others.
For example, estrogen and progesterone constantly work together. Changing one affects the balance of the other, and that ripple effect can influence the entire endocrine system.
Our bodies are always trying to maintain balance (homeostasis).
The more I learned, the more I realized that I didn’t want my body constantly trying to compensate for hormones I was adding from the outside.
For me, supporting my body’s own natural balancing system simply made more sense.
This was something I had never heard anyone talk about.
I discovered research showing that estrogen can increase histamine levels by making mast cells release more histamine while also reducing DAO, one of the body’s primary enzymes used to break histamine down.
Why does that matter?
Histamine doesn’t just affect seasonal allergies.
High histamine levels may contribute to:
For women who already struggle with histamine intolerance, adding estrogen may make those symptoms worse. This relationship is one reason some functional medicine practitioners look at hormone balance when evaluating histamine-related symptoms.
If you’ve followed my health journey, you already know how passionate I am about gut health.
When I was dealing with autoimmune disease, almost every path I followed eventually led back to my gut.
Healing my gut became one of the biggest turning points in restoring my health.
As I continued learning, I discovered that hormone balance and gut health are closely connected.
The gut microbiome even plays a role in processing estrogen.
When the gut isn’t healthy, estrogen metabolism may also be affected.
That was another piece of the puzzle that confirmed I wanted to focus on supporting my gut instead of adding more hormones.
Healthy gut…
Healthy immune system…
Healthier body.
Everything is connected.
Deciding to stop Hormone Replacement Therapy didn’t mean I stopped caring about healthy aging.
Quite the opposite.
I simply shifted my focus toward helping my body function the way it was designed.
Today I prioritize:
🥩 Eating whole, nutrient-dense foods
💤 Getting quality sleep
🏋️♀️ Strength training to preserve muscle
💪 Creatine for healthy aging and muscle support
🧬 Peptides that align with my personal health goals
🥦 Supporting my gut microbiome
🚶♀️ Daily movement
☀️ Managing stress
Those things work with my body instead of trying to override its natural hormone regulation.
One of the biggest mindset shifts I had was realizing that menopause isn’t a disease.
It’s a natural stage of life.
Our bodies were beautifully designed to transition through it.
That doesn’t mean the transition is always easy.
But for me personally, I no longer believe every change needs to be replaced or corrected.
Instead, I want to give my body what it needs so it can adapt naturally.
This isn’t meant to tell anyone else what they should do.
Many women choose Hormone Replacement Therapy and are very happy with that decision.
This is simply why I chose to stop taking bio-identical HRT.
After everything I learned about hormone balance, estrogen, histamine, gut health, and the body’s incredible ability to regulate itself, I decided that supporting my body naturally aligned better with my long-term health goals.
I believe God designed our bodies with an incredible capacity to adapt and heal.
My job isn’t to control every hormone.
My job is to nourish my body, strengthen it, care for it, and trust the amazing design God created.
For me…
That’s the healthiest path forward. ❤️
Avocados aren’t just delicious — they’re one of the most nourishing and healing foods you can eat.
Rich, creamy, and packed with essential nutrients, avocados support nearly every system in the body. Whether you slice them onto eggs, blend them into smoothies, or enjoy them straight from the shell with a sprinkle of sea salt, this little green fruit is true nutritional gold.
Avocados are filled with vitamins and minerals that support whole-body wellness, including:
They’re also one of the best natural sources of monounsaturated fats — the kind of healthy fats that nourish the brain, support hormone balance, and help keep inflammation low.
Chronic inflammation plays a major role in many autoimmune conditions — and this is where avocados shine.
They contain oleic acid, a heart-healthy fat known to reduce inflammation throughout the body. Avocados also provide antioxidants and carotenoids that help neutralize oxidative stress and protect immune function.
In addition, their folate and B vitamins support:
These are often sluggish pathways in chronic inflammatory and autoimmune patterns.
Believe it or not, avocados can support more restful sleep.
They’re naturally rich in magnesium, which helps:
The healthy fats in avocados also help stabilize blood sugar overnight, which may prevent those common 2 a.m. wake-ups that happen when glucose drops too low.
A small evening snack with avocado (especially paired with sea salt or magnesium support) can promote steadier, more restorative sleep.
Avocados are high in fat — but they often support weight balance rather than weight gain.
That’s because healthy fats are deeply satiating, helping you feel full longer and reducing cravings.
Avocados may also help:
Studies have found that people who eat avocados regularly often have:
Your brain and hormones thrive on healthy fats, and avocados provide them in abundance.
Monounsaturated fats help support the production of key hormones, including:
Vitamin E also nourishes brain cells, supporting memory, clarity, and cognitive resilience as we age.
Avocados are rich in nutrients that promote beauty and healing from the inside out:
A healthier gut means better digestion, stronger immunity, and improved nutrient absorption — all deeply connected to overall wellness.
Avocados are one of the simplest and most delicious ways to nourish your body deeply.
They can help:
✅ Calm inflammation (autoimmune support)
✅ Promote stable blood sugar and weight balance
✅ Support hormone production and restful sleep
✅ Feed your brain, skin, and gut
So go ahead — add avocado to your eggs, chicken, or tuna salad.
Your body will thank you. 🥑✨
Aging isn’t just about wrinkles, gray hair, or slowing down—it’s about the gradual fading of the body’s natural repair systems. Healthy aging is possible with some understanding.
Much of that change happens because our bodies produce fewer peptides—tiny chains of amino acids that act as molecular messengers. Think of them as text messages between your cells, telling them when to repair, regenerate, heal, and restore.
These powerful messengers influence nearly every aspect of healthy aging, including:
✨ Energy production
🛡️ Immune function
💪 Muscle maintenance
😴 Deep sleep
💎 Skin repair
⚖️ Metabolism
🧠 Brain function
But peptides aren’t the whole story.
Other important compounds also decline with age—including NAD⁺, the coenzyme that powers your cells, and creatine, which helps fuel your muscles and brain. Together, these changes contribute to many of the symptoms we commonly associate with aging.
Let’s explore some of the body’s most important regenerative molecules—and why they matter.
| 🧬 Molecule | ❤️ What It Does | 📉 What Happens With Age |
|---|---|---|
| Growth Hormone Peptides | Muscle repair, metabolism, recovery | Growth hormone signaling declines |
| Thymic Peptides | Immune balance and healing | Thymus shrinks and peptide production decreases |
| Mitochondrial Peptides | Cellular energy and metabolism | Energy production becomes less efficient |
| NAD⁺ (Not a Peptide) | Cellular energy & DNA repair | Levels steadily decline |
| Pineal Peptides | Sleep and circadian rhythm | Nighttime repair signals weaken |
| GHK-Cu | Collagen and tissue repair | Levels drop dramatically after our mid-20s |
| Neuropeptides | Sleep, stress, recovery | Nervous system signaling changes |
| IGF-1 | Muscle growth and repair | Production gradually decreases |
| Creatine (Not a Peptide) | Muscle and brain energy | Production and muscle stores often decline |
Examples: CJC-1295, Ipamorelin, Sermorelin
These peptides encourage your body to produce its own growth hormone—one of the most powerful repair signals in the body.
As we get older, the signaling pathways involving Growth Hormone Releasing Hormone (GHRH) and ghrelin become less active, leading to lower growth hormone production.
Over time this may contribute to:
✔️ Slower recovery
✔️ Increased body fat
✔️ Reduced lean muscle
✔️ Less efficient tissue repair
✨ Result: Metabolism slows, muscle becomes harder to maintain, and the body’s ability to regenerate gradually declines.
Examples: Thymosin Alpha-1, Thymosin Beta-4
The thymus is often called the training center of the immune system.
Unfortunately, it naturally shrinks as we age.
As it does, important immune-regulating peptides decline, including:
🦠 Thymosin Alpha-1 – supports immune defense and healthy immune balance
❤️ Thymosin Beta-4 – supports tissue repair and healing
✨ Result: Reduced immune resilience, more inflammation, and slower healing.
Examples: MOTS-C, Humanin
These fascinating peptides are produced inside your mitochondria—the tiny power plants that generate energy for every cell.
They help regulate:
⚡ Cellular energy
🔥 Fat metabolism
🩸 Insulin sensitivity
🛡️ Protection from oxidative stress
Their natural levels decline with age.
✨ Result: Lower energy, reduced metabolic flexibility, increased insulin resistance, and less cellular resilience.
Although NAD⁺ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) isn’t a peptide, it is one of the most important molecules involved in healthy aging.
Think of NAD⁺ as the spark plug that helps power nearly every cell in your body. It participates in hundreds of biochemical reactions every second and is essential for keeping your cells functioning efficiently.
NAD⁺ supports:
⚡ Cellular energy production
🧬 DNA repair
🔋 Healthy mitochondrial function
🛡️ Protection against oxidative stress
🧪 Activation of sirtuins—proteins involved in healthy aging and cellular maintenance
🧠 Brain energy and cognitive function, including memory, focus, and healthy communication between nerve cells
As we age, NAD⁺ levels naturally decline throughout the body, including in the brain.
✨ Result: Lower energy, slower cellular repair, reduced mental clarity, diminished resilience, and less efficient metabolism.
Example: Epitalon
Epitalon is associated with the pineal gland—the tiny gland that helps regulate your body’s internal clock.
It plays a role in:
🌙 Healthy sleep cycles
🧬 DNA repair
⏳ Telomere maintenance
💤 Circadian rhythm regulation
As pineal function declines with age, nighttime repair signals become less robust.
✨ Result: Poorer sleep, hormonal changes, and accelerated aging.
Example: GHK-Cu
GHK-Cu is one of the body’s most remarkable regenerative peptides.
It helps support:
💎 Collagen production
✨ Skin elasticity
❤️ Tissue repair
🛡️ Healthy inflammatory signaling
Natural GHK-Cu levels drop dramatically after our mid-20s.
✨ Result: Thinner skin, slower healing, and more visible signs of aging.
Examples: DSIP, VIP
Neuropeptides help cells communicate throughout the nervous system.
They influence:
😴 Deep sleep
🧘 Stress response
❤️ Blood flow
🔄 Recovery
As these signaling molecules decline, restorative sleep often becomes more difficult.
✨ Result: Lighter sleep, more fatigue, slower recovery, and increased stress sensitivity.
Example: IGF-1 (Insulin-like Growth Factor-1)
IGF-1 works alongside growth hormone to support:
💪 Muscle maintenance
🦴 Bone health
❤️ Tissue repair
🏃 Exercise recovery
Natural IGF-1 production gradually decreases with age.
✨ Result: Muscle loss, reduced strength, slower healing, and decreased endurance.
Creatine isn’t a peptide, but it’s another important molecule that changes with age.
While your body continues to make creatine throughout life, production may decrease, muscle stores often decline, and many people consume less through diet as they get older.
Creatine helps rapidly regenerate ATP—the body’s main energy source.
It supports:
💪 Muscle strength
⚡ Physical power
🧠 Brain energy
🏃 Exercise recovery
❤️ Healthy aging of muscle tissue
✨ Result: Reduced strength, increased fatigue, slower recovery, and greater age-related muscle loss.
Thymic peptides such as Thymosin Alpha-1 and Thymosin Beta-4 help coordinate healthy immune responses while supporting tissue repair.
A healthy immune system becomes increasingly important as we age.
Peptides like Epitalon and DSIP help support healthy circadian rhythms and restorative sleep.
Quality sleep remains one of the body’s most powerful tools for healing, hormone balance, immune health, and overall vitality.
Several age-related changes work together to influence metabolism.
Growth hormone peptides, mitochondrial peptides, NAD⁺, and creatine all help support:
🔥 Healthy metabolism
⚡ Cellular energy
💪 Lean muscle
🩸 Insulin sensitivity
🏃 Physical performance
Supporting these pathways may help maintain energy and vitality throughout life.
Aging isn’t caused by one single change.
It’s the gradual quieting of an incredible network of molecules that once kept your body repairing, renewing, and thriving.
🧬 Peptides act as the body’s messengers.
⚡ NAD⁺ helps power every cell.
💪 Creatine fuels your muscles and brain.
Together, they influence how well you heal, sleep, think, move, and age.
The encouraging news is that understanding these natural changes gives us new opportunities to support healthy aging through nutrition, exercise, quality sleep, and emerging therapies that work with the body’s own regenerative systems.
Your body was designed to repair itself. While many of these natural signals gradually decline with age, supporting them may help you maintain strength, energy, resilience, and vitality for years to come.
Magnesium is one of the most important minerals your body needs, yet many people don’t realize how essential it is.
Every cell in your body depends on magnesium to function properly. In fact, magnesium is involved in more than 300 enzyme reactions, helping your body produce energy, support healthy muscles and nerves, regulate calcium, and maintain normal cellular function.
If your magnesium levels are low, nearly every system in your body can be affected.
Magnesium works behind the scenes in virtually every cell.
It helps your cells:
Without enough magnesium, your cells simply cannot perform these jobs as efficiently.
If you’ve ever wondered why magnesium is often linked to energy, the answer is simple.
Every cell needs ATP to function. Magnesium binds to ATP, allowing your body to use it for nearly every energy-requiring process.
Whether your heart is beating, your muscles are moving, or your brain is processing information, magnesium is helping make it happen.
Your muscles and nervous system rely heavily on magnesium.
Magnesium helps:
Calcium causes muscles to contract, while magnesium helps muscles relax. The two minerals work together to maintain healthy muscle function.
Magnesium and calcium are partners inside the body.
Calcium activates many cellular processes, while magnesium helps regulate and balance those processes.
Magnesium helps:
Maintaining adequate magnesium levels helps your body keep calcium in balance.
Your brain also depends on magnesium.
Magnesium supports:
Adequate magnesium may also promote relaxation and better sleep for some people.
About 50–60% of the body’s magnesium is stored in your bones.
Magnesium contributes to:
Healthy bones require more than calcium alone.
Magnesium plays an important role in cardiovascular health.
It helps:
Magnesium is involved in how your body processes food into energy.
It helps:
Because magnesium is involved in so many processes, low levels can affect the entire body.
Possible signs of magnesium deficiency include:
These symptoms can have many possible causes, but magnesium deficiency is one possibility.
I love makling my own magnesium water, Not only is it an easy way to get my magnesium but, it allows me to get it gradually throughout the day.
Magnesium is essential for nearly every cell in your body.
It helps your body:
Without enough magnesium, your cells become less efficient at producing energy, regulating electrical activity, and carrying out the countless processes that keep your body functioning normally.
Making sure you get enough magnesium each day is one of the simplest ways to support your body’s natural ability to produce energy, maintain healthy muscles and nerves, support your heart, and keep your cells functioning at their best.
Parasites are a common topic of conversation in many parts of the world, yet they’re rarely discussed in North America. When I mention to friends overseas that many people here never think about parasites, they’re often surprised. In many Asian countries, routine parasite cleansing is considered a normal part of maintaining health.
The thinking is simple: if you eat sushi, enjoy raw vegetables, own pets, garden, walk barefoot outdoors, travel internationally, or spend time around animals, you’ve likely been exposed to parasites at some point.
While opinions differ on how often parasite cleansing should be done, it’s something our family has chosen to make part of our monthly routine.
Over the years, I’ve tried just about every natural parasite cleanse available, including:
Most of them tasted terrible, and I personally didn’t notice the results I was hoping for.
Eventually, I settled on a simple two-product routine that has become our family’s monthly protocol.
On the first day of every month, my husband, our dog, and I all follow the same parasite cleansing routine.
This has simply become part of our regular wellness habits—similar to how many pet owners routinely give monthly parasite prevention products to their dogs.
Pyrantel pamoate is one of the products we keep on hand because it’s easy to take and has a mild vanilla-banana flavor.
We also use ivermectin drench.
Although many products are marketed for livestock, the active ingredient is ivermectin. Dosage varies based on body weight, so accurate dosing is essential.
One bottle lasts our family a very long time, making it surprisingly economical. We replace bottles after their expiration date to ensure freshness.
Tip: Ivermectin has a very unpleasant taste. We usually mix it with pyrantel pamoate to make it easier to take. It can also be mixed into yogurt, kefir, or juice for people. For dogs, avoid using juice.
When starting for the first time, our schedule is:
After completing the initial schedule, we simply repeat the cleanse on the 1st of every month.
If we’ve traveled or believe we’ve had another possible exposure, we temporarily return to twice-monthly dosing for two months before returning to our normal monthly schedule.
The reason for the additional treatments is that these medications target live parasites rather than eggs. Repeating the treatment helps interrupt the life cycle as newly hatched parasites emerge.
The following are simply examples from our household and are not universal recommendations. Dosages should always be adjusted according to body weight.
(Dosage reference adapted from DogAware.)
Maggie 55 lbs. gets 6 drops of ivermectin drench
Myself over 100 lbs: takes 12 drops ivermectin drench
Mark near 200 lbs: takes 20 drops ivermecting drench

For our family, this monthly parasite cleanse has become as routine as changing air filters or giving our dog monthly parasite prevention. It’s inexpensive, simple, and something we’ve chosen to include in our overall wellness routine.
Everyone has their own approach to health, and opinions on parasite cleansing vary. This post simply shares what has worked well for our family and the routine we’ve personally chosen to follow.

If you’re looking for a gentle way to support your body’s natural detoxification process, a Takesumi activated charcoal detox may be worth considering.
Takesumi is a premium activated bamboo charcoal made from sustainably harvested bamboo. Its highly porous structure allows it to bind certain unwanted substances in the digestive tract, helping carry them out of the body naturally instead of allowing them to remain in the gut.
Many people use Takesumi during short-term detox programs to support digestion, reduce bloating, and promote overall wellness.
Let’s look at the benefits, how it works, possible side effects, and the best way to take it.
Takesumi is an activated charcoal made from bamboo rather than wood or coconut shells. During manufacturing, the bamboo is heated at extremely high temperatures, creating millions of microscopic pores that dramatically increase its surface area.
These tiny pores allow activated charcoal to bind certain substances inside the digestive tract before they leave the body naturally.
Unlike supplements that are absorbed into the bloodstream, activated charcoal remains in the digestive system until it is eliminated.
A Takesumi activated charcoal detox works by binding certain compounds inside the intestines.
Rather than “detoxifying” the liver or bloodstream directly, activated charcoal helps support the body’s natural elimination process by trapping substances that are already in the digestive tract.
Many people include Takesumi as part of seasonal detox programs or after periods of eating heavily processed foods.
One of the biggest reasons people choose Takesumi is its ability to act as a gentle binder.
Potential benefits include:
Takesumi works best alongside healthy eating, hydration, and regular bowel movements.
One of the most noticeable benefits of activated charcoal is digestive comfort.
Many users report less:
Some studies have found activated charcoal may help reduce intestinal gas in certain situations, making it a popular choice after heavy meals or during digestive cleanses.

Many people use activated charcoal to reduce occasional bloating and gas. Some research suggests it may help decrease intestinal gas in certain situations.
Most people use Takesumi only during occasional detox periods instead of continuously.
Takesumi is made from bamboo, which creates an extremely porous activated charcoal. Many people choose it because of its purity and high surface area.
Most people take it before bed on an empty stomach because it is easier to keep separate from food, medications, and supplements.
A Takesumi activated charcoal detox can be a simple way to support digestive health during occasional detox programs.
While it isn’t a miracle supplement, many people appreciate its ability to help reduce bloating, support natural elimination, and complement a healthy lifestyle.
When paired with good hydration, nutritious food, and healthy daily habits, Takesumi can be a useful addition to your wellness routine.
Since then, I’ve discovered that duck fat isn’t just nutritious—it also tastes incredible. It adds rich flavor to steaks, makes crispy roasted vegetables, and creates some of the best fried eggs you’ve ever had. It’s no wonder chefs have prized duck fat for generations.
Duck fat offers several nutritional benefits that make it a great addition to a balanced diet:
Duck fat contains a high percentage of monounsaturated fats—the same type of healthy fat found in olive oil. These fats may help support heart health when enjoyed as part of a healthy diet.
With a smoke point of around 375°F (190°C), duck fat is excellent for roasting, sautéing, and pan-frying. It remains stable at cooking temperatures, making it a practical choice for everyday cooking.
A little duck fat goes a long way. Its rich, savory flavor enhances meats, vegetables, potatoes, and eggs without needing a large amount.
Duck fat naturally contains small amounts of vitamins that support overall health, including vitamin E, along with fats that help your body absorb vitamins A, D, E, and K from other foods.
Whether you’re roasting potatoes, searing a steak, or frying eggs, duck fat creates a delicious crispy texture that many other cooking fats can’t match.
Some of my favorite ways to use duck fat include:
Duck fat has become a staple in my kitchen—not only because it tastes amazing, but because it’s a simple, traditional fat that works beautifully in everyday cooking.
When people search for Chinese Coptis benefits, they’re often looking for natural ways to support gut health, blood sugar balance, metabolism, and overall wellness.
Also known as Goldthread or Huang Lian, Chinese Coptis (Coptis chinensis) has been used for centuries in traditional Chinese medicine. Today, interest in this herb continues to grow because it contains berberine, a naturally occurring plant compound that has been widely studied for its potential health benefits.
This herb was also part of the gut-support protocol my functional doctor recommended during my own healing journey, and it provided valuable support at a time when my body needed it most.
Let’s take a closer look at the potential benefits of Chinese Coptis and why this golden root has attracted attention for both digestive and metabolic health.
Chinese Coptis (Coptis chinensis) is a flowering plant whose root contains high concentrations of berberine.
Berberine is responsible for the herb’s distinctive golden-yellow color and many of its traditional uses.
Researchers have studied berberine for its potential role in supporting:
✅ Gut health
✅ Blood sugar balance
✅ Metabolic function
✅ Healthy inflammatory responses
✅ Microbial balance
Because of these properties, Chinese Coptis remains one of the most respected herbs in traditional Chinese medicine.
One of the most popular Chinese Coptis benefits is its support for digestive wellness.
Traditionally, Goldthread has been used to help maintain digestive balance and support a healthy gut environment.

For those seeking natural ways to support digestive and metabolic health, Chinese Coptis remains one of the most fascinating traditional herbs still used today. 🌿✨
Eggs are one of the most nutrient-dense foods available, which is why they are a daily staple in my kitchen. I eat eggs every single day because they provide high-quality protein, healthy fats, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants in one simple package.
Whether you’re looking to support healthy aging, maintain muscle mass, manage your weight, or nourish your brain, eggs can be a valuable addition to a balanced diet.
Egg yolks are naturally rich in vitamin A, an essential nutrient that supports normal vision and eye health.
They also contain two important antioxidants:
These antioxidants accumulate in the retina and help protect the eyes from oxidative stress and exposure to blue light. Research suggests that adequate intake of lutein and zeaxanthin may help support long-term eye health as we age.
One of the most important nutrients found in eggs is choline.
Choline plays a key role in:
Many people do not consume enough choline in their diets, making eggs one of the best food sources of this essential nutrient.
Eggs contain healthy fats and cholesterol, both of which serve as building blocks for the production of important hormones.
These include:
In addition, the combination of protein and fat in eggs helps promote satiety and provides steady energy throughout the day.
Eggs provide several nutrients that support healthy hair, skin, and nails, including:
These nutrients contribute to the production of keratin, the structural protein that helps maintain strong hair and nails while supporting healthy skin.
Eggs contain tryptophan, an amino acid involved in the production of serotonin and melatonin.
These compounds play important roles in:
Including protein-rich foods such as eggs as part of a balanced diet may help support overall sleep quality.
One of the biggest benefits of eggs is their ability to help you feel satisfied after eating.
Because they are rich in protein and healthy fats, eggs may help:
Studies have shown that protein-rich breakfasts that include eggs can help improve satiety and reduce calorie intake later in the day.
Choline is also essential for brain health.
It supports the production of acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter involved in:
This makes eggs one of the most valuable foods for supporting cognitive function throughout life.
A single large egg provides:
Few foods offer such a broad range of nutrients in such a compact and affordable package.
Eggs are one of the most nutritious foods you can eat. They provide high-quality protein, healthy fats, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that support overall health.
Potential benefits of including eggs in your diet include support for:
✅ Eye health
✅ Brain function
✅ Liver health
✅ Hormone production
✅ Hair, skin, and nails
✅ Healthy sleep patterns
✅ Weight management and satiety
For me, eggs remain one of the simplest and most nourishing foods I can put on my plate.
I eat them every day. How about you? 🍳💛
